Flu, smu!!!
GAHHHHH! I just spent an hour warning about the H3N2 flu and the recommendations for the flu shot this year. Please, please, please...don't buy it! I'll have to redo all my research for you for why...but seriously, I spent an hour on the research. I'll repeat it as soon as I get a chance...

Is that the flu shot they're giving this year? It's a mix of "regular" flu and H1N1?

Is it only the one you disagree with? I've been debating whether or not to do flu vaccines this year. We've never gotten the annual one, but all three kids got H1N1 last year through school. We had a relatively healthy year, I believe there were no trips to the ER because one of the kids couldn't breathe for the first time since 2005. Of course, it could also be the multi-vitamins, probiotics, vitamin d, and omega3 I've been shoving down the kid's throats.... :)
